From the start, Employee Advisory Resource (EAR) was a pioneer in employee support services, introducing the UK’s first Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) in 1981. As a result, we are now a premier global EAP and work-life services provider, serving over 20,000 organizations and covering more than 31 million employees.
