According to Best Companies survey of over 250,000 employees, almost 90% of employees who felt strongly negative towards the wellbeing aspects of their workplace said they would leave tomorrow if they had another job. The West London office park, which houses the European headquarters of Starbucks, Paramount, Discovery, Foxtons and Setanta, surveyed more than 1,000 employees from 25 different organisations. The survey revealed that 85% of respondents believe that the physical environment of the park adds a significant value to their work life. A survey conducted among 3,000 British workers showed that 19% have left a job due to a lack of relevant training. At the same time, almost half (49%) said relevant training would help to compensate for not being offered a pay rise or promotion.
