Workplace Options Announces ISO 9001 Certification

23 February 2010 – London – Workplace Options, a leading global provider of employee assistance programmes (EAP) and work-life benefits, announced today it has received company-wide ISO 9001 certification, the International Standard for Quality Systems. The esteemed quality certification will designate Workplace Options as the first EAP and work-life services provider in the U.S., and the only international EAP and work-life services provider in the world, to hold a certification covering all of its employee support service centers.

 

The ISO 9001 is the world’s most widely used quality management system certification, prescribing standards aimed to ensure that customer and organisational needs are consistently met and improved. As the gold standard for quality assurance, the ISO 9001 certification gives suppliers and customers the confidence that the company they are doing business with is of the highest calibre.
