Raleigh, N.C. (May 17, 2018) – Workplace Options announced today that Chief Executive Officer Dean Debnam has acquired an additional building in Raleigh to support the company’s ongoing expansion and growth. Debnam has purchased 2900 Highwoods Boulevard, a 21,000-square foot building in the Highwoods Office Park. This acquisition is the seventh building Debnam owns in Highwoods, and additionally, he currently has 3125 Poplarwood Court in the office park under contract.

The newly purchased property will temporarily house several of Workplace Options’ teams, including their clinical, IT, and fulfilment departments, during the reconstruction of one of Debnam’s other Highwoods properties, 3020 Highwoods Boulevard. Once reconstruction of 3020 Highwoods Boulevard is complete, the formerly 25,000-square-foot building will offer 66,000 square feet of space for Workplace Options operations.

“Workplace Options continues to grow and develop, and the additional space these property acquisitions provide support that growth and our ongoing ability to serve clients internationally,” said Debnam.

The reconstruction project of 3020 Highwoods is proposed to be completed by the end of 2019.
